PROGRAM DELIVERABLES
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Help participants to develop greater self-esteem and self-confidence; Changes in social competencies and interpersonal skills; Set participants on the path towards leading a life of fulfillment; Development of a broad range of personal, social, cognitive and environmental skills
GOAL-SETTING: Defining goals (short term and long term) and strategies to accomplish them
GLOBAL AWARENESS: Increased knowledge, understanding and awareness of self, community, and the world, commerce, business, and the global economy
CRITICAL THINKING: Development of critical thinking skills thus increasing the ability to compete in the world
DECISION-MAKING SKILLS: Educate teens on utilizing comprehensive decision-making; Teach participants the necessary skills to resist social (peer) pressures through better decision-making
HEALTH EDUCATION: Education on Substance Abuse; Assertiveness Skills inspire partticipants to protect themselves from the pressures and threats of engaging in the use of cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, violence; Increase their knowledge of the immediate consequences of risky behavior
